Why it’s not necessary to know how to swim to visit our parks

No, you don’t need to know how to swim

We will tell you why!

One of the questions that we commonly receive from our future visitors is: “Do I have to know how to swim to enjoy the parks? No, you don’t need to know how to swim to enjoy all of our experiences.

We know it’s hard to believe, but we have thought of everything so you can live an unforgettable visit to your favorite park or tour.

For us, your safety will always be important, that’s why in each of our experiences you can find lifeguards, who will be in charge to provide you all the help you while you enjoy our beaches, underground rivers, inlets, waterslides, and cenotes.

We have life vests so that all our visitors can enjoy incredible beach time. If you still feel indecisive, we also have shallow areas where you can swim like in the Xcaret cove, the hidden beach of Xel-Há or the Xplor Oasis.

In each of our underground rivers, we have emergency exits so you can go outside when you decide. If you want an easier to enjoy our parks, we have inner tubes to make your visit more relaxing, and you can find them in Xel-Há or Xcaret.
